If you have folders there, delete them and if you still get the errors, a new data file will fix it. If that fails we will add the mailbox with credentials as suggested. I have removed the mailbox from her outlook and we will re add it and see if it syncs better this time. Or hopefully next Office 2010 service pack fix this one.
